Is GuestOS a booking platform?
No. GuestOS is not an Airbnb clone or a booking engine. It supports the stay after a guest has booked through Airbnb, Booking.com, direct booking, or another channel.
How much does GuestOS cost?
GuestOS costs R299 per month with a R2,999 once-off setup fee.
What is the Tax Pack?
The Tax Pack is an optional add-on that helps owners organise rental income, property costs, proof documents, and notes into a practitioner-ready handover pack.
Does GuestOS submit to SARS?
No. GuestOS does not submit tax returns, file directly with SARS, or replace your tax practitioner. The Tax Pack helps organise the information and proof your practitioner may need.
How much does the Tax Pack cost?
The Tax Pack is an optional add-on at R599 per month with a R1,999 once-off activation fee.
